Job Description

Collins Property Recruitment are working closely with a dynamic and ambitious team. They are an independent and rapidly growing estate agent located in the heart of Stanmore, Northwest London who take pride in delivering exceptional service and buildinglasting relationships with their clients.As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join them as a Sales Negotiator.Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Conducting property viewings and showcasing the unique features of each property.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiating offers and terms between buyers and sellers.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and property values in the local area.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
You will be rewarded the following:
  • £17,000 - 20,000 basic
  • OTE £30,000 - 35,000 based on experience
Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for the property sector and a keen interest in the Stanmore market.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not essential - full training will be provided.
  • A valid drivers license is preferred.
