RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCINGPQE LEVEL: NQLOCATION: STANMOREREF: L4L1022NQ PROPERTY SOLICITOROur small and yet niche client law firm based in Stanmore is currently seeking a NQ Property Solicitor to join their small team.The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the transactional processes involved from start to finish within a Sale and Purchase of a Leasehold and Freehold property.With work coming in, you will become a great support to the Managing Partner of the firm.Flexible working arrangements available.Start Date: January 2024Salary: £Market rateHolidays: Standard plus extra bank holidays. Closed for Christmas.Skills and Requirements: A NQ Property Solicitor, someone who has managed their own caseload under supervision would be ideal. Case Management experience helpful.
