Job Description

Highly regarded law firm in Middlesex is seeking an experienced Legal Cashier/Practice Manager on a 6-month, fixed-term contract.This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal cashier/practice manager to join a busy, experienced team in Stanmore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience and handle a wide range of financial and practice management duties. This roleis a 6-month contract.To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period.Responsibilities

  • Bank reconciliations
  • VAT and other returns
  • BACS and CHAPS
  • Electronic payments
  • HR matters
  • Managing teams
  • Managing budgets
  • Handling queries and complaints
  • Liaising with various professionals
The Candidate
  • Legal cashiers or practice managers with at least 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Experienced in managing a team
  • A strong communicator both written and verbally
  • Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • A team player who is equally comfortable working independently
  • Compliance of SRA and other regulatory bodies
