Job Description

Our client, an educational body based in North West London/ Middlesex, is currently recruiting for a HR Manager on a fixed-term contract until the end of the year.The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and is offering four days per week remote working. The salary for this position is £46,106 per annum.The ideal candidate will have strong systems implementation experience and pensions knowledge.Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Overseeing, coaching and supporting managers with performance management and providing guidance and oversight on complex employee relations issues
  • Providing advice, guide and support staff and managers on all HR disciplines and policies to drive effective HR practices
  • Overseeing the pensions scheme and advising where necessary
  • Supporting on transforming and strengthening the organisational culture, ensuring that the organisation’s ethos, values and approach are upheld
  • Managing the implementation of new systems to ensure HR information, policies and procedures are properly managed and implemented
  • Assisting in the development of organisation-wide recruitment and selection strategies and oversee the implementation of the recruitment module, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
  • Strong experience managing a high caseload of a variety of ER cases
  • Previous line management experience
  • HR system implementation experience
  • Education sector experience (desirable)

Working Pattern:
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
  • 1 day per week onsite, four days WFH
