Supporting residentsin leading as independent a life as possible in a caring and supportive atmosphere, whilst ensuring that dignity is maintained.Working in consultation with residents, families and colleagues to develop and implement a programme of stimulating activities, including outings, that will meet the social, physical, emotional, and cultural needs of residents and enable them to lead asfull a life as possible.This post isworking Monday to Friday with extra hours available on weekends during festivals.What youll be doing:
