The Team & Focus of the RoleAt Fisher German our customers and clients are at the heart of what we do. We have long standing relationships with many of our clients through the generations (some up to 80+ years). This is due to the trust they have in us to deliver what we say we willon time.Were looking for a combined Sales Negotiator and Valuer who prioritises customer service, and who is a real team player looking to work within a collaborative and dedicated team.The core purpose of this role is to promote and subsequently sell properties for our clients, whilst building and maintaining a close relationship with both clients and those we sell to. This role will be within our Central Agency Team. The successful candidatewill be based in due course from our Stafford office but regular visits to our Ashby de la Zouch office will also be required particularly during the initial stages of their employment.The role will be full time 37.5 hours (Mon-Friday) and you would be required to work on a Saturday rota (1 in 4 rotation). Due to the nature of the role we would require this individual to be fully office based for the first few months (not including beingon-site with clients).Duties will include:
