Major Works Manager£41,200 - with out of hours payment of £3,300Stafford37 hours per weekAre you experienced in multi trades and have proven management experienceThen we may have the perfect role for you....We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Major Works Manager to join our in-house Construction company, Property Plus. Recently named Contractor of the Year at the UK Housing Awards, Property Plus provides maintenance and improvementsservices to our 19,000 homes throughout Staffordshire and Shropshire.As a leader of the major repairs team, you will have responsibility for major repairs across all geographical areas and lead the delivery aspects of Property Plus.
