HR OfficerInitially a 6 month contract possible longer£32,673FlexitimeOwn transport needed for travel around sitesCIPD or working towardsBased in Staffordshire ST18 Key Tasks and Responsibilities To provide advice and guidance to managers and staff in relation to all HR mattersand ensure that HR policy is complied with. To coordinate and progress all allocated case work including performance, conductand attendance management in line with policy. To maintain an up to date knowledge of employment legislation, professionalstandards and HR processes/policies to ensure compliance. To support managers in progressing work related issues and ensure that allrelevant HR/personnel information is recorded accurately. Maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in all areas of the work and complywith organisational policies in respect of data protection and informationassurance requirements. To build and maintain effective working relationships with managers,understanding their needs and any associated service requirements and promote astrong customer focus to support organisational priorities. To actively support the ongoing maintenance and development of HR systems toprovide accurate and timely management information and ensure a workingknowledge of all relevant systems is maintained. To ensure that transactional and contractual documentation and associatedprocesses are completed efficiently and accurately in accordance with relevantlegislative and procedural requirements. To advise and support on recruitment and promotion processes as required. To support the HRBPs in the delivery of a professional HR service and to assistmembers of the wider HR team as and when required.
