Job Description

Voids SupervisorStafford (Travel Required across Staffordshire/Shrewsbury)Temporary (3 Months)Fleet Vehicle provided (+ mileage between sites)The responsibilities of the Void Supervisor include:

  • Surveying and measuring of any new doors required and ordering with the materials supplier
  • Reporting back to management with updates
  • Supervising and managing the existing door installation team, holding responsibility for checking all installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
  • Supervising and supporting the existing kitchen team to ensure progress, quality, and problem resolution
    • The ideal candidate for the Void Supervisor would have:
  • Experience of supervising and managing a team efficiently is essential
  • Managing various projects to completion in line with schedules of work set
  • Experience within social housing and within a similar role is preferred
