Job Title: Trading Technical ManagerSalary: £50,000 - £60,000Location: StaffordshireReference: HB7654Our client is a leading food business who supply to a variety of the major retailers. As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Trading Technical Manager to join their business.Reporting into the Trading Director, this role is an excellent opportunity for a Food or Fresh Produce professional looking for their role upwards to join a well-respected food manufacturing company that supplies premium products to a number of retailers.As essential requirement of this role is to have the flexibility to travel throughout the year within Europe and Asia, at more than 40% of the time.Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Setting the Gold Standard: Craft industry-leading standards, policies, procedures, and recording mechanisms, ensuring adherence to current regulations, legislation, and codes of practice. Your work will encompass all facets of food manufacturing, qualityassurance, traceability, and packaging waste regulations, while aligning with OSI global quality expectations.* Cultivating Excellence: Instill a culture of continuous improvement, championing right-first-time practices, root cause analysis, and sustainable corrective action.
