Job Description

Working on behalf of our client a market leading engineering company. We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor (Electrical or Mechanical) for a a permanent role. Key Duties:

  • Supervision of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers completing installation work at client sites.
  • Coordinate and schedule installation activities to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
  • Provide on-site supervision to installation teams, ensuring work is performed in accordance with project specifications.
  • Lead and motivate site personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment.
  • Conduct safety briefings and ensure all personnel adhere to safety regulations.
  • Prepare daily progress reports, documenting work completed, issues encountered, and solutions implemented.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • NEBOSH and IOSH
  • C & G Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
  • Installation Experience
  • Previous Experience of working on national grid projects would be very advantageous
  • Willingness to work away from home in the week.
  • Full Clean Driving Licence
