The Role As Site Manager you will be responsible for day-to-day management of a multi-shift materials recovery operation. Leading and developing the on-site team, maximising processing activities and ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.You will be responsible for proactively monitoring performance levels across all processes to ensure productivity and quality target are met.To be successful in this role you must have a qualification in occupational health & safety such as IOSH or similar and have proven experience in the Waste Management sector. You should possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to work to tightdeadlines.
