Job Description

Senior Executive AdministratorStaffordshire£24,500 - £28,000Hybrid working - 1 day in the officeCulture Recruitment are pleased to be working with a strong business based in the Staffordshire area who are looking for a confidant Senior Executive Administrator.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide organisational and administration support to meetings on and off-site including preparation of papers and detailed, accurate minute taking.
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and client customers, both over the telephone and by email, recording all necessary information, answering routine queries, or escalating to the appropriate person.
  • Provide support for clients across all admin areas, including but not limited to: Committee elections, clinical excellence awards, keeping committee records etc.
  • Provide contribution, reports or presentations for client meeting as required.
  • Establish long term planning for client activities, working with client representatives to forward the overall goals of the organisation.
  • Undertake planning and processing of annual membership/registration renewals. Process new membership/registration applications and provide communication and support to current, previous, or potential members/registrants.
  • Organise and co-ordinate a variety of client activities including but not limited to short courses, interviews, hearings etc.
  • Write and update Operation Manuals for all work processes.
  • Provide administration support to your team leader as required
  • Provide PA duties to members.
  • Travel to London to attend meeting.
  • Attend monthly, daily meeting.
Skills:
  • Work as part of a team as well as work independently without direct supervision.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership, and support staff.
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Spreadsheet manipulation and report writing (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Willing to travel with infrequent overnight stays.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and prioritise.
  • Minute taking
  • Travel to London 5-6 times per year.
  • Previous PA ( not essential)
