Job Description

About the Sales & CRM Administrator RoleWe are working a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and highly reputable Asset Finance company who are looking to grow their team nationally. A great opportunity has come up as a Sales & CRM Administrator reporting to the Marketing Directorbut working closely with Sales teams.   • Managing inbound enquiries to effectively qualify and triage customer needs to deliver suitable leads, referrals and handovers to colleagues (Relationship Managers and other key functions).
  • Monitor the status and accuracy of sales pipeline to help identify and forecast business activity.
  • Monitor and feedback on sales tool (SalesMaster)/CRM usage targets and quality/consistency of data.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and compliance of the sales and referral process of introducers and affiliates, providing timely feedback and activity reports to key stakeholders.
  • Managing customer feedback obtained through the non-person touchpoints, ensuring all records are accurate and reflect fully the information that has been provided by the customer and monitor the progress of actions required and report on the outcomes andtrends.
  • Identify and manage opportunities from the CRM database and make campaign recommendations (including telecanvassing) to the Marketing Director.
  • Maintenance and development of the CRM database incorporating data checking and cleansing including ad hoc data cleansing projects (for example consolidating any duplicates, archiving and segmentation etc.)
  • Generate lead/sales/forecasting reports using the CRM/Power BI reporting, including the performance of sales and marketing initiatives and financial promotions.
  • Compliance Control testing, ensuring the defined sales process is compliant and effective. Feedback on completion of Event Driven Reviews by Sales Team( (compliance).
  • Schedule and take minutes at Sales meetings and support the planning of resulting actions.
  • Monitor and feedback on the quality of data being input into monthly Lost Deal Report, identifying trends.
About YouIf you are currently in a Marketing role or are currently working as a CRM Administrator this is the ideal next step in your career.Skills required for the Sales & CRM Administrator role:
  • Minimum 2 years sales and/or sales administration experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk or similar
  • Experience of interpreting data and producing sales and marketing activity reports
  • Competent with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
  • 5 GCEs (or equivalent) grade C/5 or above, including Maths and English.
