Chase Taylor are assisting with the recruitment for a Cannock based company who have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who has experience working within the Glazing, Cladding and Façade industry.The main purpose of the role is to assist with the offering of the design, supply and fix of related products on a selected number of projects. The successful candidate will be involved in everything from enquiry review through to final account.The principle responsibilities will include but not limited to enquiry reviews, compiling budgets and quotations to include labour, plant and materials, seeking margin approval and issuing quotations, technical queries & submissions and assisting with final accounts.Suitable candidates will be conversant with the relevant Building Regulations, Codes and Legislative requirements and have a good working knowledge of both the aluminium facade industry and construction.
