Advancing People have the pleasure of assisting their client in Stone, Staffordshire. This role is to work within a manufacturing environment and the right candidate will need industry experience within a similar role.Job DescriptionTo support, maintain and improve the sites conformity to various ISO standards, including Quality (ISO9001), environmental (ISO14001) and Health and Safety (ISO45001). You will need good communication skills with all employees including stakeholders. Beable to report on findings and explain the rationale behind implementing changes. Daily management of business systems: ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO17025 Maintain and develop procedures and controlled documents Assist with NPI projects Assist with regulatory compliance activities Conduct internal audits Support BSI and UKAS audits Support implementation of new management systems Participate in risk assessments Conduct training on processes and procedures Support QA activities Maintain and report on key metrics Conduit Supplier auditsSkills and experience Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment Experience with ISO9001 - Quality Management Experience with ISO45001 - Health and Safety Management Experience with ISO17025 would be a benefit Understanding on NPI processes Understanding of product safety marking (CE, UKCA) Trained internal auditor (lead auditor would be a benefit) Able to work in a multi-disciplined team Improvement and data driven Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong IT skills in a variety of systems and packages Able to travel to different sites when required Confident to deliver training and presentations Able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced enviroment.Advancing People - Recruitment SpecialistsAdvancing People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer and acts as both an Employment Business and Employment Agency
