Product ManagerRenewable Energy Sector Salary £70,000 - £85,000 Location - Across Europe As a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of the Renewable Energy sector working with a large team to deliver improvements and increase efficiency amongst other responsibilities with one of the top 50 companies in the Fortune 500.In the position of Product Manager, you have independence in achieving commercial objectives within operating budgets and operating guidelines. There is also autonomy within the role to enter into, and execute commercial arrangements. • Implement smooth and efficient collaboration between both internal and external stakeholders
• A background with exposure to digital and software sectors is highly advantageous for the understanding of tasks and strategies
• Work with the accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.
• Being involved in long-term planning, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy
• Requires strong commercial awareness and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including control of resources
• Uses high level of judgement to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers
• Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and can construct and provide recommendations
• May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, or complexity

Experience

• Project scheduling processes & knowledge of different scheduling tools
• Capable to anticipate issues and to be proactive
• Ability to prioritise and to work effectively under pressure to meet the deadline
• Able to work in an international, multi-sites and matrix organisation structure
• Significant experience within product management & Digital Product Manager roles at large commercial businesses
