We have an exciting opportunity for a Labour Controller to join an ever-growing and successful specialist client based in Staffordshire. Joining a warm, friendly team within a fast-paced environment, responsible for planning the workload for the engineers.This role is based in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent and is commutable from Newcastle-under-Lyme, Trent Vale, Silverdale, Trentham, Kidsgrove and Hanley.* As the Labour Controller, you will be planning all works nationally for a designated service on a rolling weekly basis, liaising with both clients and Engineers.* Providing outstanding customer service and building relationships with key contacts to maintain existing and new business.* As the Labour Controller, you will be supporting the Engineers in the field ensuring they have the correct H&S training, job information, equipment, stationary etc.* Arranging travel and hotel accommodation for Engineers working away from home.* The Labour Controller will be responsible for tracking work completion and ensuring worksheets are returned and relevant invoicing information is sent to eh relevant departments* Other ad hoc tasks for the management team as and when required Candidate Requirements: * Experience working within a very busy and demanding Customer Service environment is essential* Relevant industry experience is desirable* Exceptional communication skills* Experienced user of email and Microsoft Office, especially Excel This role would suit people who also have the following experience: Scheduler, Planner, Labour Controller.Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmSalary: £24,000 - £25,000 DOE per annumBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
