Job Description

Payroll Administrator - Permanent role - £24,000-£29,000 - Based in StaffordshireI am currently looking for an experienced Payroll professional looking for an exciting new permanent position based for a stable and expanding Global organisation in the West Midlands.Essential experience needed:- Solid experience as a Payroll professional in your most recent role- Experience with End to end Payroll, including excellent knowledge in all current PAYE and benefits legislationaswell as knowledge of statutory payment calculations and requirements, including SSP, SMP, SPP and ShPL.- Excellent Customer Service skills and experience with resolving Payroll queries from beginning to end- High attention to detail- Higly numerate with Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel- Experience with ResourceLink AND/OR Kronos would be highly advantageousThis role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to work in a fast paced payroll team, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and the chance to be involved in, and deliver projects alongside your payroll workload.This position will be key in delivering accurate and timely information flow between HR, Finance and Payroll and will require close interaction with HR Advisors and Administrators.Please apply now and you will receive a call to discuss your application and the role further within 48hrs!The interview process will be a two stage process carried out via Microsoft Teams.Salary: £24,000- £29,000Location: West Midlands
