Badenoch + Clarks NHS client in Staffordshire requires an IT Systems Support Analyst for an initial six month contract. The role is to start ASAP and rates will be in the region of £18-£22 per hour (inside of IR35).The successful candidate will be working within a specialist team focusing on the support of a couple of key clinical IT systems within an NHS setting. You will be taking ownership of technical support queries passed on by the service desk and resolving them either via remote support or in person where required. This will include floorwalking support to make sure that all technical and user access issues are resolved. Full training on the clinical systems you will be supporting will be provided.In order to be considered, candidates will be skilled / experienced Systems Analysts / Systems Support Technicians who ideally will have experience of picking up new technology and systems functionality quickly. It would be ideally desirable if you have supported NHS systems previously and have an understanding of supporting healthcare applications. Candidates must have strong customer service skills and be happy to work onsite in COVID secure environments, although some remote working will be available once you have picked up the required knowledge of the systems you are supporting.This is an excellent opportunity for a long term and secure contract and to pick up valuable experience in supporting key NHS systems, which could be highly beneficial for future contracting opportunities.
