Job Description

Search are excited to be working with a large group, with a global reach who are looking for a well rounded and industry focused Management Accountant to join their well established engineering business.This role will focus on supporting the senior leadership team with strategic decision making, whilst maintaining a robust set of management accounts and streamlining process in the current finance operation. Youll be adaptive and capable of business partneringwith key non-finance stakeholders.This is a great opportunity for an individual who thrives in an evolving landscape and enjoys working on multiple projects/topics simultaneously.Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management account packs and ad-hoc reporting
Manage and prepare cashflow (forecasting)
Prepare the annual budegt
Set and review key KPIs
Prepare, reconcile and analyse monthly management and statutory accounts
Prepare and submit VAT returns

Person:

Qualified Accountant- ACCA/ACA/CIMA, with relevant PQE
Experience in a manufacturing/engineering industry preferred
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
Strong communication, written and verbal
An open minded approach to work and happy to be involved in a variety of projects
