Job Description

Line Operators£34k (including shift allowance and contractual overtime)3 week rotating shift pattern; earlies, lates and nightsTutbury12 month FTCFantastic opportunity for Line Operators to join a well renowned food manufacturing company in Tutbury on a 12 month fixed term contract. Joining a dynamic department on a 3 week rotating shift pattern, you will be involved in helping to manufacture iconic brands within the beverage industry!The Role:The main purpose of this role is to ensure the production lines run safely and efficiently in accordance with company standards, to reduce consumer complaints and to produce quality products.The Successful Applicant:

  • Will be able to monitor and operate equipment, identifying and responding to faults as they occur.
  • Will also be responsible for carrying out on line quality checks, escalating any out of specification results and participating in problem resolution.
  • Will have the ability to work as part of a cell team delivering compliance in safety, quality and production processes.
  • Will be able to demonstrate the strong competencies and behaviours.
  • Will have good numeracy and literacy skills, have a mechanical aptitude and knowledge of computer systems including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP.
  • Will ideally have experience in food/fmcg manufacturing.
