Job Description

Our Client is looking to appoint a super star Lettings Manager for their fab team in Staffordshire. Youll have a strong-Lettings track-record with customer service skills second to none. Ideally with Sales & Block Management experience or a strong desire to move into this sector. Salary from £21,000- £29,000 + OTE.Youll be 100% responsible for:

  • Management of a team of 3
  • Setting targets and objectives
  • Monitoring progress
  • Reviewing staff performance
  • Completing staff appraisals/salary reviews and payroll
  • Working closely within the team and with the Company Director to increase the business
  • Liaising with buyer/tenants, identifying their needs, and arranging property viewings
  • Conducting viewings, obtaining feedback, and updating the seller/landlord
  • Negotiating offers on sales/agreeing new tenancies
  • Identifying opportunities to generate new business (instructions)
  • Offering an efficient, proactive, and high level of customer service to the clients
  • Actively working to increase the number of managed properties on the portfolio
  • Actively working to increase the number of new sales instructions
  • Assisting with queries, tenancy issues and enquiries coming into the business
  • Block Management role to include AGM’s, Forecasting and accounts etc as well as legal packs/certificate/memberships management Co
