Job Description

Lead Generator & Customer Service AdvisorWombournePermanent£20,000 - £24,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) Are you looking to kickstart your career in lead generationAre you confident and enthusiastic about speaking to customersDo you like working in a friendly environmentOur client, a well-established company, based in Wombourne, has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Generator & Customer Service Advisor to join their Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring first-class customer serviceand generating leads for the existing sales team.Whats on offer

  • Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per annum dependent on experience
  • Hours: 8am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Find new companies to introduce the business to
  • Arrange and attend supplier and customer meetings for sales representatives
  • Generate new tenders and live enquiries via Barbour, ABI, Construction MAP and Google to generate new sales enquiries and chase up existing leads
  • Produce introduction information to potential new customers
  • Transport checks - liaising with drivers, sites, and other departments, entering information into the CRM system
  • Update customers with delivery updates and information
  • Input customer purchase orders onto the system
  • Produce MOPS Reports - collating information about current customer spending
The Successful Candidate:
  • Experience within a customer service role
  • Experience in lead generation is desirable but training will be provided
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident speaking to all levels
