Job Description

IT Service Desk Team Lead - £38,000 - £42,000 (Hybrid Working Available - 1 day a week in office Staffordshire)Gleeson Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity working alongside a well established IT Services department who are currently undertaking a change programme in the delivery of IT operations to the business.. We are looking for an experienced Service Desk TeamLeader to assist in delivering an outstanding Service Desk function confidently.This role requires a significant technical expertise within the practical involvement of the role as well as a confident degree of experience, managing and mentoring members of the service desk team. Skills:

  • Excellent technical knowledge of PC and desktop hardware
  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting
  • Extensive equipment support experience
  • Able to effectively communicate on all management levels
  • Management of deployment tools, Intune / Autopilot
  • Proven expert knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Analytical and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Team orientated with strong customer service focus
  • Full driving license
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative
  • Ability to present ideas/solutions in user-friendly language
  • Understanding of the Companys goals and objectives
  • Reliable and flexible
