Fire Risk Assessor £30k + Car + BenefitsWe have an excellent opportunity for a Field Based Fire Risk AssessorWorking as a Fire Risk Assessor for a multi-disciplinary fire safety and protection company and have been working in the industry for many years. We are a knowledgeable and highly experiencedbusiness that work with large organisations nationwide.Delivering Fire protection, Assessments, Strategies, Evacuation Plans and Fire Management Audits, along with other related fire projects across commercial, Residential, and local authority properties acrossthe UK. Job Requirements: Carry out Fire risk assessments, identifying fire hazards and risks, advising on fire prevention, and recording your findings on detailed reports. Full UK Driving Licence. Thorough knowledge of statutory compliance across residential and corporate buildings. Background in building regulation documentation. Full understanding of current UK Fire Safety Legislation and the ability to interpret and use fire safety guidance documents. Keep up to date with any changes in legislation and fire safety guidelines. Excellent attention to detail, good communication, IT, and literacy skills. Self-motivated, organised, with strong time management skills. Willing and able to travel across the UK, and have nights away as required Desirable but not essential: Degree in Fire Safety, Building Surveying, or other relevant qualification.
