Brief Overview:If you’re a digital allrounder who wants to be fully involved with the implementation of a digital strategy, this is a fantastic opportunity with a leading housebuilder.The role:The main objective of the Digital Marketing Specialist role is to engage with consumers, leads and other stakeholders who have an interest in their business, bringing their brands to life, creating and nurturing relationships that benefit them. In essence, the role is responsible for shaping and implementing their inbound marketing strategy; attracting inbound traffic, that you can convert, close and delight, managing lead and audience engagement while measuring performance of brand, engagement, and conversion.You will ensure all inbound marketing is cohesive & it will include a combination of PPC, SEO, Blogs, PR, Social & PR, viral marketing and content creation. You’ll oversee a broad range of channels and develop relevant content to wow and inspire. This will include earned social media that may include interviews, vlogs, product reviews, brand affinity, share worthy content and media connections. It will also involve developing a content strategy specifically designed to appeal to their target prospects to include video, virtual tours, copy, conversational bots, attracting qualified leads to meet specific targets, increasing traffic and lead conversion. You’ll also engage with their digital and creative agencies to develop and deliver a content plan to support the PR and social strategy, developing engaging video and imagery. You’ll also convert interest to leads via relevant and optimised data gathering, using engaging content and value exchange, using the right content to drive lead generation with the right balance of premium content to bring leads through the funnel. In addition to managing all data requirements to ensure they operate within legal and GDPR regulations at all times. You’ll work as part of a small, close-knit marketing team with an award-winning company.What we’re looking for: Obviously, you’ll be an experienced digital marketer who is experienced across SEO, email and PPC who has a proven track record of working on technical SEO auditing and implementation, content auditing, writing and on-page optimisation. You’ll have strong Social media skills as well as a demonstrable track record of deploying effective email campaigns. You’ll have a good understanding of the customer journey and be able to develop CRM plans with audience segmentation, A/B testing and analytics of results to improve performance.What’s on OfferOur client is operating a flexible policy in terms of location, so whilst you’ll be based in fabulous offices there’s plenty of opportunity to work from home as well. Salary is between £30-35,000 plus bonus scheme as well as generous holiday, Life Assurance, and BUPA and they also offer comprehensive training.
