Job Description

On-boarding Coordinator - Recruitment AdministratorSalary : £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experienceLocation : Newcastle-Under-Lyme ( Hybrid working 2 days office based )Hours : 08:30 - 16:30 / 09:00 - 17:30 / 09:30 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)We are recruiting for a new exciting opportunity within our Careers Centre. The role is for a On-boarding Coordinator to join our fast expanding compliance team. As the on-boarding team we ensure that all candidates are complaint to start with our clienton their specified start date. This means we are required to check and verify the candidate has all the right to work documents for their assignment and completes their profile in a timely manner, this includes assisting them through the process to avoid anyunnecessary delays.This is a dynamic role as within the team we look after over 20 clients and manage a high volume of applicants through the on-boarding process. All of our clients have different requirements so you would need to be able to be flexible in your working andhave the ability to think outside the box to ensure all elements are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will also be required to work on multiple systems however training on these will be fully provided, IT literacy, and organisation arekey to this role !Below is a list of the activities included within this role;

  1. Making outbound calls
  2. Checking documents and updating systems/Excel Trackers
  3. Liaising with internal teams and also clients where required
  4. Updating internal stakeholders
  5. Mailbox Management
  6. Supporting candidates with completing compliance stages
Requirements;
  1. Have the ability to work on multiple tasks at any one time.
  2. Good organisational and time management skills.
  3. Strong Communication skills
  4. Works well within a team and also on own initiative.
  5. High attention to data accuracy
  6. Computer literacy ( Excel, MS word )
  7. Ability to work to targets
  8. Self motivator - Drive to succeed
This role would be well suited to candidates with prior experience ; Office administrator, Office Manager , Call centre Agent , Payroll support , Clerk , Recruitment Administrator , Recruitment resourcer , Compliance officer , HR Advisor , Recruitment consultant.You will be required to be in the office based at Keele University twice a week.
