The Digital BusinessAnalyst is expected to work with a wider technology team and business stakeholders and ensure that all projects meet business needs and deliver true benefits.This company is looking for talented people who can join and develop within the business unit. They are looking for people who are willing and able to question the department heads, to get the required answers.Some of your key responsibilities would be: Operating within the digital platform product team Working closely with a wider technology team and platform development partner Provide the initial point of contact with the business to discuss and manage expectations, whilst identifying their key IT needs, through a consultative regular engagement.Eliciting and prioritising business requirements in consultation with the customer (s) and all relevant stakeholders up to and including the sponsor.Developing System Requirements to a level of detail from which High Leave and Detail Designs can be created.Documenting and maintaining Business and System Requirements.Strong knowledge of solutions delivery processes including agile developmentContributing to informal and formal reviews undertaken within product development lifecyclesConducting formal and informal reviews of both Business Requirements and System Requirements documents.Operating alongside the Digital Product Owner closer to focus on Digital Business ChangeTo be considered for this exciting and influential role you will ideally be able to demonstrate a high level of analytical thinking and have experience in business process.For more information on this role or other similar roles please contact Joe BoydXpertise are acting as an employment agency and business
