Training & QA OfficerAbout UsAdvocacy Support Cymru (ASC) is a registered charity with offices in Cardiff and Swansea. We provide Independent Mental Health and Mental Capacity Advocacy Services across most of South Wales, employing 44 employees.About youOur charity, a leading provider of mental health advocacy, is looking for an experienced Training & QA Officer to join our team.You will have the ability to demonstrate occupational expertise through competence, knowledge and skills in Independent Advocacy with a proven track record of delivery of both formal and informal training to a variety of audiences.Training & QA Officer (CARDIFF BASED)The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the employees and Trustees have access to the required levels of induction, training and continuous professional development and will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of Advocacy Provisionacross all specialisms is consistent in approach and at the very highest standard. To achieve this role, the Training & QA Officer must place the organisational values at the centre of all decision making and must display the necessary competencies, skillsand attitudes in their day to day work.The salary band for the role is £28,623 to £31,668 based on a 37 hour week.
