Newly created entry point role for a bright, ambitious (likely) ’22 or 23 accountancy/business graduate to join the finance team of this profitable, successful and growing Group whose Head Office is based in St Mellons. (Alternatively, a bright non-gradwith some relevant experience could be considered.)Reporting to and working together with the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for setting up systems and processes which will be designed to instil a high level of control over the purchasing process throughout the Group.You will also be involved in most things Purchase Ledger; from processing PO requests and online orders, to logging capital expenditure requests and escalating them for approval, to processing credit card statements to petty cash reporting.In this developmental role, over time we visualise you taking on further finance responsibilities giving you the building blocks to progress your finance career within the organisation.And in conjunction with learning on the job, we’ll provide study support where appropriate to help you with professional qualifications too.Ideally, you’ll bring some relevant, say 6-12m, experience to the table. But that’s not pre-requisite. What is however, is that you are bright, keen to learn, have initiative, a positive can-do attitude and that you are a team player.
