Business Change Manager – HR & PayrollContract: 8 monthsDay Rate: £450 - £550Location: South Wales (Can be remote but expect some ad hoc travel to Newport and Milton Keynes sites)Who Are IQEIQE is the world leader in the development and production of compound semiconductor materials. The superior performance of these materials is resulting in expanding applications, driven by the roll out of 5G and proliferation of connected devices.With 30 years of experience in these advanced materials, unique IP and know-how, an enviable market share, established supply chain relationships and having invested in significant relevant production capacity, IQE is uniquely placed to capitalise on this market growth in the coming years.Purpose of the role The Business Change Manager will design and deliver end-to-end change management and communication support for the deployment of a new hire-to-retire HR & Payroll solution and its transition into BAU support. This is a hands-on role that will require an individual to be strategic thinker but also be able to create and deliver supporting materials or training where required.Key ResponsibilitiesHRIS & Payroll Project- Develop and deliver a Change Management Strategy and approach with input from business stakeholders across the UK- Develop and deliver a Communication Strategy and approach with input from business stakeholders across the UK- Develop and deliver a Training Strategy with input from business stakeholders across the UK (Inc Training Needs Analysis per site and per people group - where required)- Contribute to the development of detailed project phase plans, working with colleagues in the HR, Finance and IT departments to support and drive delivery for assigned workstreams- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver the Change & Communications plan, including coordination of events with multiple teams/sites- System test involvement and support to increase system knowledge for training end users- Training planning & coordination with internal stakeholders to deliver training sessions in a timely manner- Deliver end user training on the HRIS solution and associated processes- Support in creation of training and communication material- Support end-user adoption activities, including focus groups and development of training materials and resources (FAQ’s / how-to-guides)- Support the Go live phase of the implementation, ensuring adoption of the HRIS solution and processes.- Support the Post go live phase of the implementation. Reviewing incident details and providing additional support where required. Look to embed change and transition to BAU ways of working.Qualifications / Essential Skills
