Job Description

Leaders In Care has an exciting vacancy for an experienced and dedicated Hospital Manager to work with a market-leading private hospital group, which has a newly commissioned hospital in Bristol. The successful nursing candidate will be paid up to £44,000pa for the full-time position, which is flexible over five days. As the Hospital Manager, you will be responsible for delivering and sustaining the highest possible quality and standards of healthcare services on-site, through consistent, strong leadership. While maintaining overall responsibility, you will be supported by an experienced Area Manager to collaborate and achieve outstanding results.   • To be eligible for this management-level role you will need to have attained a nursing or clinical qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) at degree level or gained significant experience in leading a healthcare team (in which case a management or leadership qualification is desirable). Youll also need in-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and managing the inspection process, and have experience in managing organisational change effectively.Your principal responsibilities for this Hospital Manager position will include governance and quality; staffing; operations management; and budgeting and financials.
