Job Description

Are you an experienced TIG Welder looking for a new opportunity Join a growing organisation in the Aerospace industry as a Welder in the Manufacturing department. You will be responsible for welding sheet metal and machined components, readingengineering drawings, and using TIG welding equipment.   • Perform precise welding of sheet metal and machined components following established procedures.
  • Read data cards and drawings to facilitate machine setup and operation.
  • Set up machines with the required work holding and tooling according to relevant procedures.
  • Efficiently complete welding operations in line with job card instructions to meet desired output levels.
  • Showcase expertise in handling TIG welding equipment, measuring tools, and hand tools.
TIG WelderEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Strong TIG welding experience
  • Well-versed working within a highly regulated industry (aerospace, automotive, nuclear, oil & gas, marine, rail for example)
  • Confident welding with a range of materials/metals, such as stainless steel, titanium, heat resistant steel etc
