Job Description

Location: DerbySalary: up to £90,000 + Car allowance + bonusSummary:An experienced quality and governance professional is required to ensure full compliance within this highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution environment. You will ensure adherence to GMP and GDP regulations and manage an effectiveQuality Management System. Developing a culture of quality throughout the business and able to manage change and drive transformation programmes effectively.Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance to all QA processes.
  • Lead and develop a team of quality managers.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships including governing bodies.
  • Oversee all document control processes.
  • Maintain and monitor the QMS with a specific emphasis on GMP and GDP compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits and promote continuous improvement.
Experience:
  • Extensive knowledge of GMP and GMP within a highly regulated manufacturing environment (pharma preferred)
  • Experienced in driving continuous improvement and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Able to develop and deliver training programmes to maintain a high level of quality awareness and compliance.
  • Able to interpret quality metrics, analyse data to monitor and improve quality performance.
