Job Description

Sales and Customer Care AdvisorLocation: DerbySalary: £16,500 - £22,500 a year plus excellent benefitA well-rounded, forward-thinking, friendly, independent and modern bike shop in Derby has a fabulous opening for a full time, part time or a permanent Sales and Customer Care Advisor. If you are Interested in spicing up your career with an exciting and rewarding new challenge including a competitive salary and benefits package, then confidently apply for this Sales and Customer Care Advisor position.The Job Role:You will be working towards bringing high-quality customer services while engaging with the customers with their enquiries ensuring that the customers are fully satisfied, providing information on the existing and new products and services, assisting customersto choose the right products and services by giving advice and suggestions.Skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills, an active interest in cycling and previous retail experience are preferred, however, if you do not have all of these but think you are the right candidate, the company would love to hear all about why! Please include acovering letter detailing why you feel you would be suitable for this role.
  • GCSE or equivalent (Preferred).
  • Strong communicator and happy working as part of a team.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and to tactfully manage difficult situations.
  • Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
