This is an opportunity to join an award winning, innovative Architectural Practice based in Derbyshire as a Junior Architectural Technologist to assist on projects with the prospect of working across a range of sectors. The practice works on a wide range of projects, from bespoke visitor centres and wildlife trusts to Global breweries, Hospitals and factories.The company:Based in a picturesque town in Derbyshire, the medium-sized practice specialises in Food and drink within the Industrial sector and additionally work across the Commercial and Healthcare sectors.To be successful in the role of Junior Architectural Technologist, you will have:• A relevant degree in Architectural Technology• Proficiency in AutoCAD• Proficiency in Revit is desirable, not essential• Ideally 1-3 years experience in practiceThe role of Junior Architectural Technologist will entail:• Assisting the production of technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and/or Revit• Assisting control of the production of drawings to meet deadlines• Scheme development through the RIBA Stages• Liaising with Authorities/contractors/senior members of staff to deliver outstanding projects in a timely mannerWhy join as the Junior Architectural Technologist• Generous remuneration package• Free on-site Parking• CPD Training• Regular company socials• Genuine progression encouraged within the practiceIf you would like to apply for this role or you would like to know about any other Architectural vacancies, contact Will Elliott on the details below.DD: E: will @ niyaapeople.co.uk
