Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedHR Executiveto join our successful team within aworld leadingmeal kit companybased out of Derby:

  • Salary: £28,500
  • WorkingMonday to Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am- 5pm(occasional lates/earlies dependant on ER Case volume)

As aHR Executiveyou will be theinitial point of contact alongside our existing withExecutive, four HR Coordinators and the HR Lead,where you will provide general HR queries and support with HR advice & guidance to the project team and managers.You willlead engagementandcommunications initiatives onsite, support the HR Lead withdelivering the Learning & Development strategy, manageabsence levelsandsupport with onboardingandrecruitmentwhererequired.HR Executive Responsibilities: Provide advisory support for disciplinary meetings, managing grievances and confidently advising hearing managers with a strong knowledge of HR practices and company policySupport in fact findings and investigations alongside managersBuild strong relationships with Operations and Shift Managers to ensure efficient communication and good people managementBe a champion for HR and Time and Attendance activitiesPull/produce reports and manipulate data to provide Operational Teams with a clear view of HR metrics - reports to include: absence, planning, labour turnover and ad hoc requests for dataOwn high volume absence reporting and lead initiatives to address any trends which may appear by working on continuous improvement projectsAttend daily operational meeting to report on key people dataPresent key data in weekly group meetingWork alongside the other Executive by building a collaborative relationshipSupport the HR Lead with ad-hoc projects and initiativesDeliver HR InductionsAct as an initial go-to for ER cases and ensuring all cases are managed in line with our company policiesSupport the HR Lead in upskilling HR Coordinators, to develop further HR knowledgeSupport hiring managers with IT/equipment setup for new startersAdvise managers on standard formal processes and provide day-to-day HR support under the supervision of the HR Lead / HRBP as appropriatePartner with managers to provide advice and training onpolicies/processesManage the implementation of Family Friendly policies including maternity, paternity and other leave arrangementsThe ideal candidate will have the below -Previous experience as a HR generalist/HR AdvisorExperience with HRIS systemsExperience reporting on and managing volume absenceExperience of Employee Relations processes and best practiceMicrosoft Office / Google Suite experienceExperience in a fast-paced, production environmentHR Executive Benefits:
