MBA are proud to be supporting our client in their search for a Mortgage Completions Officer to join their growing Operations team. Our client, a growing financial services company, based in the West Midlands are excited to be expanding their product offeringto customers and as such are looking to engage with individuals who possess a background in mortgage completions. If youre looking for a role with autonomy and a chance to be involved in enhancing the product offering to customers this could be a great movefor you.The role:Youll be responsible for managing a pipeline of post offer cases, ensuring adherence to all governance and due diligence processes are maintained. Our client is looking for team members to be proactive and confident in engaging with different stakeholdersthroughout the process, be this internal teams like underwriting, external parties like solicitors and brokers or customers directly. Youll need to make sure that all processes have been completed correctly and in instances where there are errors ensure thisis escalated and managed to completion.A bit about you:Sound knowledge of mortgage processes, in particular experience in BTL and other commercial products is required. Youll have had experience working in a PRA/FCA environment and from this have a great understanding of the required due diligence. Fantastic customerservice skills and a strong desire to go above and beyond are the behaviours and skills our client are looking for. In addition great attention to detail and being a completer finisher of tasks are both highly desirable.This role is a hybrid role and will see you working from their head office 3 days a week.
