Job Description

You will be working for an established company, who are going through an period of growth in their Birmingham location and they have some exciting plans over the next 5 years. They are looking for an experienced Fulfilment Centre Manager to manage theirsmall team in the Birmingham Centre. They are ideally have previously worked for a company that has been through a period of growth.My client is looking for a passionate, driven Fulfilment Manager who is a data/metrics driven type of person but also has the natural ability to engage with employees. The challenges you will face is changing the Centre into a profitable one and gettinga great team fully engaged again.Your day to day duties will involve:

Managing a team of 8-10 employees, coaching and supporting them whilst making sure deadlines are achieved.
Ensuring the site is profitable and achieving financial targets.
Overseeing KPIs and SLA, ensuring theyre achieved.
Resolving issues and utilising data to plan ahead.
Embedding a culture of results and high standards whilst building the team back up again and boosting morale.
Creating and implementing training manuals in video and written format.
Training existing members of staff and hiring new members who are aligned with the company ethos of being passionate, dedicated
and results driven.
Focused in terms of automating BS tasks and jobs, whilst planning the operation of the site on a day to day basis.
Also ensuring the environment is a safe one to work in.
You will need previous experience of working as a Fulfilment Manager with experience of managing budgets.
