Job Description

We are a global company that is passionate about IT and where we look to simplify the complex.This role plays a key part in the support of SCCs Managed Services and will require someone that can play a part in helping the business strategy going forward.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support & Manage all infrastructure applications for SCC Managed Services
  • Support both WinTel 7 Linux Servers
  • Support of incidents, changes, moves and Infrastructure Applications
  • Regular review of Security practices and compliance when required
  • Work with the design teams to support any implementations
  • Management control to ensure budget adherence
  • Continued support of the existing network topology and how we can support this better
Key Skills & Experiences:
  • Commercial experience contributing to (or managing) IT infrastructure and networks
  • Good understanding of stakeholder management
  • Customer focus
  • Problem solving skills and can think on your feet
