Job Description

Fulfilment AssociateYou will be based at Amazon Fulfillment Centre, (EMA2), Summit Park, Sherwood Way South, Mansfield, Sutton-in-Ashfield, NG17 5LD£9.70 per hour Warehouse Fulfilment Associate (UK)Amazon are currently recruiting for fulfilment associates!The hours of work are:

  • 20 hours per week over 4 consecutive days 5hrs per day
  • 4 days per week working days or evenings
  • Days set shift pattern 13:30-18:30 across 4 consecutive days, containing both Saturday and Sunday
  • Evening set shift pattern 19:00-00:00 across 4 consecutive evenings, containing both Saturday and Sunday
  • 6 Month fixed term contract
  • 20 hours per week over 2 consecutive days 10hrs per day
  • 2 days per week working days, afternoons or nights
  • Day shift pattern 07:30 - 18:00
  • Afternoon shift pattern 13:30 - 00:00
  • Night shift pattern 18:30 - 05:00
  • 6 Month fixed term contract
    • Shift availability may vary.Position Summary:Working as a fulfilment associate, you will provide critical support in helping us deliver to local communities and our loyal customers. You will be trained in a range of processes in an exciting, busy atmosphere whilst working to specific deadlines.Key Responsibilities:As an FC Associate you may be asked to work in various areas of the building, the main departments being Inbound and Outbound. Tasks may include:
  • Handling the full range of goods by Amazon and its Marketplace sellers in the UK, including but not limited to: age restricted products, food (including nuts and meat) and alcohol and chemicals
  • Efficiently and effectively receiving and storing goods inwards following Amazons internal processes and procedures and using radio frequency scanners
  • Pick our customer orders ensuring a high level of quality and productivity
  • Accurately pack and ship our customer orders to ensure we meet customers high expectations
  • Accurately read instructions from a scanner
  • Relocate products using forklifts, pump truck and power pallet truck
  • Consistently achieve targets set for your department
  • Adhere to safety, quality and production standards
