Job Description

Administrator (E-Commerce)MinsterFB is looking for motivated, curious, action-orientated individual to join their tight-knit, fast-growing team. They work for some of the UKs best-loved brands, helping them to grow their businesses on Amazon.The role is that of E-Commerce Administratorto help expand and maintain the product listings they curate onAmazon andis based in Nottinghamshire. Working within the Operations Team youwillbe collating data for new line informationinto spreadsheets and then managing them through the Amazon process to get the lines listed. You will be managing the look and feel of product listings including loading images and film.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating new lines, enhancing the digital shelf through text and image optimisation
  • Identifying and resolving product set up issues
  • BuyboxAnalysis and following through on problem solving
  • Understanding and resolving of order issues
  • Analysis of Operational performance reports and taking appropriate actions
  • Other duties as required by the needs of the business

  • Online-savvy,although specific Amazon experience is not required
  • Highly numerate with good analytical skills
  • Ableto work independently and to prioritise workload
  • Confident usingPowerpointand especially Excel
  • Straightforward communicator with good written and verbalskills
  • Comfortable following systems and processes (and re-writing them when they could be better)
Desired Qualification:
  • Educated to Degree Level with evidence of ability in Maths and an affinity with online/ IT being advantageous
Salary & other benefits:
  • £17,500 - £19,000 per/annum depending on experience
  • Annual holiday entitlement is 33 days (inclusive of bank/public holidays) in the complete holiday year

The Job is based in Southwell, Nottinghamshire. During the Covid 19 Situation they are all working from home and staying in regular contact with Zoom and MS Teams.
