Job Description

TELESALES EXECUTIVE - London / Hybrid Residential Property or Property Software Sales experience a must have Be part of one of the fastest innovating prop-tech businesses in the industry, which has propelled itself into a multi-million-pound business in less than decade and continues to challenge in the property portal space.OBJECTIVE: Proactively contact both customers and prospects to engage them with our various services & products. Schedule appointments for our sales team to explore how we can help their business.Key Responsibilities

  1. Contacting existing members to introduce our estate agency CRM and property management software and secure meetings for our sales team
  2. Generating new business opportunities through prospecting calls
  3. Handling inbound inquiries from potential prospects & screening them for eligibility
  4. Explaining key benefits of our products & services
  5. Updating our CRM to ensure its kept up to date
  6. Keeping lines of communication with other departments
  7. Working towards KPIs, individually and as part of a team
What were looking for in the person
  1. Someone who has the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively
  2. Someone who has fantastic organisational skills and can multi-task effectively
  3. Has a growth mindset and wants to be successful
  4. Property experience is a must have, either within an Estate Agency (Sales Negotiator or Lister) or CRM/Property Management sales experience
