Job Description

Special Needs Teacher / SEN TeacherSEN SchoolSouthwark, LondonLong-term, Full-time£160-£220 per day A cohesiveSEN School in Southwarkis looking for aSpecial Needs Teacher / SEN Teacher to lead a bubble with Secondary-aged pupils. As aSpecial Needs Teacher / SEN Teacher you will be leading the learning of pupils who have autism (ASD), profound and moderate learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning difficulties (SLD) and speech language and communication needs (SLCN). Your engaging lessons will be aimed at encouraging independence and positive social behaviours.

  • £160-£220 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
  • Long-term, full-time
  • Can interview/trial immediately
  • Great transport links
The successfulSpecial Needs Teacher / SEN Teacherwill have:
  • Good SEN knowledge and experience, especially with autism (ASD), profound and moderate learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning difficulties (SLD), and speech language and communication needs (SLCN).
  • QTS (or equivalent) and a valid DBS
  • Good references
