We have built and continue tobuild relationships with over 36,000 mystery shoppers in the UK to train and support them in conducting mystery shops of customer experience in-store and online.The better the relationship, the easier our world and target hitting becomes. Yes, we do targets, and we thrive with them! Our Relationships Coordinator in our Operations Team communicates with our shoppers each day to recruit, coach, support, and guidethem using calls, Zooms, and texts. Each Coordinator has around 350 mystery shops each month to manage in an area in the UK. Going right from understanding the clients journey, allocated the mystery shop to the best of the best, supporting with the journeyand then ensuring it gets to the client on time.Its not all hard work, after weve hit our targets were at the nearest pub celebrating success (choosing to have an office 10 minutes from London Bridge wasnt done by mistake!). Our Relationships Coordinator in Operations Team are the machine behind the business, they work with our Mystery Shoppers each day to ensure that our clients receive excellent insights on time, every time. Youll really be given the opportunity to own itthrough managing your own cluster of mystery shops each month ensuring you find the best person for the assignment.What youll be up to:

• Communicate through calls, texts, social media, emails, and even the occasional Zoom to nurture your shopper community.
• Advertise your assignments available to your Mystery Shoppers
• Select, wisely, your chosen shoppers through a database of 36,000+ ensuring that theyre trustworthy and can complete the assignment on time, follow the brief, and have the correct attributes.
• Guide, train and coach your shoppers to deliver their best, using tools like our Shopper Academy and regular feedback
• Marketing your available opportunities through tools like Canva on social media
• Assign and have submitted all of your allocated mystery shops within the deadlines given (to earn yourself a nice bonus!)
• Show flexibility and agility in being able to make decisions on the next steps with your shoppers in a creative way
• Communicate in a cool but professional way, we love making sure our Pro tone of voice is heard
• Be receptive to feedback and ongoing training, were all here to learn!
• Be able to overcome challenges and find solutions quickly and efficiently
• Manage your inbox or to-do list within company SLA% (basically, get back to people real darn quick!)
• Complete mystery shops when required (these will either be the ones you desire (free coffee, spa days, facials, clothing shops) or the ones you hate because you havent been able to find a shopper in time. We know the ones wed prefer!)
