Recruitment Consultant Trainee - Ambitious, sporty people wanted!Join one of our clients in an award-winning Contingent recruitment firm, they are an amazing company in central London with state-of-the-art officesThe company has very highly regarded and works with worldwide recognised companies such as Monzo, Sky, ASOS, and Crypto.com.A great commission structure allowing you to progress fast to a senior consultant level and earn great money in your first year that ranges between 35,000 to 45,000 OTE.Once trained, you will be promoted to Recruitment Consultant and will begin to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients. By screening CVs, cold calling, arranging interviews, and managing the relationships between clients and candidatesyou will build the foundations to be an excellent recruiter. Success in this role will lead you to excellent commission and further promotion.What else is in it for you

  • Degree with a 2:2 and above from a top university or 6 months of sales experience
