* Part-time Advisor* 25hrs/ £24k - Flexible Days* Hybrid/ Elephant & Castle Office LocationWe are excited to be supporting an innovative and rapidly growing technology company that are looking for a HR advisor to join their small team. This company has had a very exciting start and after a successful funding round have ambitious and realistic growthplans. This role will also have responsibilities for general office management and supporting where needed in the business.This part time role is flexible with Monday being a working day in the fantastically appointed London office and hybrid flexibility throughout the week.The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive and robust HR generalist function as well as supporting office management and coaching to developing employeesThe role is accountable for ensuring HR governance is robust and transactional HR tasks are a supportive function to the wider business. This role will also support other administrative tasks in the small team as needed.This role supports the overarching company culture and growth plans, especially in developing talent and being a key internal stakeholder to decision making.Your day to day as a HR Advisor will involve:* Develop and own the HR support function including leading the recruitment process* Support employees and managers with HR transactional tasks to ensure best practice* Develop a HR strategy to meet the cultural development of a small company on a rapid growth plan* Implement and maintain all company policies, procedures & risk assessments.* Manage company supplier accounts relationships.* Work with ESG Manager to supply relevant information for ESG accounting* Aid in company operational and administrative tasks including taking minutes, scheduling and office managementWe want to hear from you if you have any of the following skills:* 3+ years experience within a stand-alone HR role preferably in a business seeing significant growth.* Level 5 CIPD qualified or working towards* Advanced IT skills with strong formal writing experience* Confidence to challenge and develop processes for the first time, acting as a key partner and coach to managers
