Job Description

Job role: IT Systems Applications Manager (Yardi)Location: Hybrid - 3 days in Central London office - 2 days from homeRemuneration : £65-75,000 + bonus (12.5%) + pension + private medical + an excellent rewards packageKey areas : Property Management, Real Estate, Application Support, Yardi Voyager, Yardi Elevate, Systems Manager, Business Analysis, Real Estate ERP, RentCafe, Real Estate Tech, Business Systems Development, Finance ERP, Yardi Software, Team Leader,IT Management, IT Finance ManagerChapman Tate Associates seeks an IT Systems Application Manager to join this market leading and internationally based E&M (Estates and Management) outfit.My client are a reputable outfit with over 70 sites across 25 cities backed by some major real estate investment firms. Our client is an enterprise based outfit with some big plans to expand.This is varied opportunity where the role holder will be responsible for many different areas.The role will include the following:

  • Manage team development and workload, setting objectives, completing performance reviews, providing coaching and development to ensure service standards are achieved and maintained
  • Work alongside key Finance functions to recognize weaknesses, search for enhancements, make recommendations and implement changes across Yardi applications and processes
  • Deliver business KPI Dashboard on team performance, analysing results to improve response/ resolution and reduce frequency by applying improvement programmes into system road maps
  • Supporting Head of Business Systems in Growth and Completion of Business Systems strategy/project cycle
  • Provide team leader duties for one direct report in a fashion that supports the companys Mission, Vision and Values
  • Plan and oversee release of enhancements and upgrades of systems
  • Executing reports and alerting requirements
  • Work with Business to ensure business intelligence can be obtained from all systems via standard or bespoke reporting
  • Oversee a team of Business Analysts
  • Defining business requirements and configuration specifications
Previous experience will include:
  • A previous life working as a Business Analyst or experience working within a Finance Team
  • Worked with Yardi and have strong knowledge around products relating to Voyager, Elevate or RentCafe
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Managerial or Team Leading experience
  • Have demonstrable experience of working with a customer focussed or service orientated business
