We sort out problems together, for good, by providing free, independent, confidential and impartial advice across all areas of social welfare law, and through using the experience of our clients to bring about positive change through research and campaigns. The long established immigration advice service at Citizens Advice Southwark provides general immigration advice and information to colleagues and outside agencies. The service also includes representation to clients on in-scope Immigration and Asylum matters under Legal Aid and through LAA exceptional case funding. The service is also supported under a contract with Southwark Council.The post holder will:
